Appreciation Statements

Ten Appreciation Statements:
How many times we want to show our appreciation to someone we love, but due to various reasons we are unable to express it freely to them. Many times we decide that we must let them know how much we love them, but when the moment arrives we find ourselves tongue tied:  the reasons maybe many.
If due to some reason you are not able to let them know how you feel about them, there is still a way to do so.
This is what you can do: You can write the thing you most appreciate about that person in a piece of paper and hold it between your palms and  say, what you have written a few times with all your heart. Believe me, that person would definitely feel so good and might even give you a call/ email you/ or see you by chance somewhere: this would not  only make you happy but also that person very happy.
It is a win win situation, both the giver and the receiver are blessed.

You can even send appreciation to them by keeping a picture of them in between your palms/ or even telling it to their framed picture. It could be anybody your friend, spouse, parents, or your children.
Thus even though they maybe very far from you, they would feel very good for you have reached them telepathically. For me it has always worked.
Doesn't it sound wonderful?
If on the other hand you are a Reiki channel, the same can be done by giving Reiki to their picture or just thinking about them.

So here are some Appreciation Statements, you can choose either one, or all of them to send them to people you really love and appreciate in your life:

You are loved.
I appreciate you.
You are an inspiration.
You are a wonderful person.
Continue to follow your heart.
I appreciate who you have become.
The world needs more people like you.
You are a blessing to those around you.
You are doing the right thing; keep going.
You make a difference in people’s
lives and are loved by them

You can even add some of your own too.
Do you have people for whom you would like to show your appreciation?
Why not try telepathy?

    1. Thanks Kala. It feels so good to know you appreciate people and don't wait for the right time/ words.
We must all be like this, for one never knows, whether we will be there to tell them or they will be around to hear it from us. Especially with parents, many of us hesitate to express how much we love them, and how much we are grateful to have them as our parents etc.
Sometimes we are brought up like that, but we can change.
